August 29th 2024 – Work begins on the construction of the Community House in Montemurlo, near Prato

August 29th 2024 The first works to set up the construction site for the realization of the Community House in Montemurlo (in province of Prato) have started. This is a project worth over 3 million euros, financed with funds from the PNRR and the Tuscany Region, which will allow the construction of a new healthcare facility in the area by 2026 and for which Studio Plicchi will be responsible for the Construction Management.
